Synopsis
La Academia Honnouji está gobernada a la fuerza por el férreo control de su consejo estudiantil y su presidenta, Satsuki Kiryuuin. La estudiante transferida, Ryuuko Matoi, llega al campus portando una espada gigante, que en realidad es la mitad de una tijera. Está buscando a la mujer que tiene la otra mitad de la espada y que mató a su padre. Se dice que Satsuki Kiryuuin conoce la identidad de la asesina, pero cuando Ryuuko se enfrenta a ella es derrotada por el consejo estudiantil y sus poderosos "uniformes goku" a los que no puede igualar en fuerza.
