Synopsis
Después de una guerra nuclear y en el proceso de deterioro debido a la anarquía social, los pocos supervivientes del siglo XXI en Atlanta, Estados Unidos se ven amenazados por una plaga mortal. Sólo Pearl Prophet (Dayle Haddon), una criatura mitad humana, mitad robot (un ciborg) tiene el conocimiento para desarrollar una vacuna contra esta misteriosa plaga. Se encuentra en su camino con Gibson Rickenbacker (Jean-Claude Van Damme), que la salva de una persecución de un grupo temido de pandilleros. Gibson confunde a Pearl Prophet con una mujer que marcó su pasado y de la cual estaba profundamente enamorado y que perdió a manos del inescrupuloso Fender Trémolo (Vincent Klyn). Gibson busca vengarse de Fender por haberle arrebatado todo.
