Synopsis
Manuel es un político corrupto que disfruta del estilo de vida que ofrecen los sobornos. Come en restaurantes de lujo, celebra fiestas con sus amigos en yates y ofrece un estilo de vida muy lujoso para su familia. Manuel descaradamente soborna, extorsiona y paga a cualquiera que amenace con exponer las actividades de su círculo íntimo. Cuando se le señala que debe aceptar la caída por un caso de contratos gubernamentales fraudulentos, en lugar de admitir que cometió algún delito, Manuel decide vender todo su partido en un esfuerzo por evitar el tiempo en la cárcel. Es una decisión que pone en riesgo muchas vidas.
