Synopsis
Mateo (Javier Rey) se enfrenta por primera vez a la montaña más peligrosa del planeta, el Annapurna, con el reto de llegar hasta la cima y cumplir así una antigua promesa. En su ascenso sufre un accidente que le deja inconsciente y gravemente herido. Horas más tarde es rescatado por Ione (Patricia López Arnaiz), una alpinista experimentada que está pasando el invierno en un refugio, sola y alejada del mundo. A pesar de no entender las razones que han llevado a Mateo hasta allí, Ione intentará ayudarle a alcanzar su meta.
